1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our SaaS live-streaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including security keys and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) states. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.

3. Content and Broadcast Policy

You retain ownership of any video files, assets, or playlists you upload to our platform. However, you grant StreamFlow Live the license to transcode, buffer, and stream this content to your designated RTMP endpoints (such as YouTube Studio or custom servers).

You agree not to stream content that:

• Infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyright agreements.
• Contains malware, harmful scripts, or illegal material.
• Violates the Terms of Service of the ingestion platform (e.g. YouTube Studio Policies).

4. Fair Storage & Bandwidth Ingestion

Usage limits (active streams, storage size, connected channels) are strictly governed by your selected plan. We monitor CPU, RAM, and output bitrates. Streaming high-resolution, excessive-bitrate streams outside of plan parameters may trigger automated stream suspension to preserve network integrity.

5. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms, fail to pay subscription invoices, or engage in suspicious streaming practices.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the policy pages on our website.
