Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 5, 2026
StreamFlow Live, operated by SoftiCation Technology Pvt. Ltd., offers subscription-based live video streaming packages. We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the guidelines for cancelling your active subscription and requesting refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the billing configuration area in the client dashboard portal. Once you request cancellation, your subscription will continue to remain active with full features (storage limits, stream limits, scheduler access) until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be debited from your card once the cancellation has been scheduled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We provide refunds under the following conditions:
- Double Billing / Technical Overcharge: If you were charged twice or billed an incorrect amount due to payment gateway sync errors, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
- Service Outage / Extended Downtime: In the rare event of severe, continuous cloud service outages (exceeding 24 hours of stream daemon downtime) caused by our server engine, you may submit a refund claim for a prorated amount.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal date (monthly or annual).
- Your YouTube channel or stream endpoint was suspended/banned by the target platform for violating third-party streaming policies or copyright laws.
- You did not use the active streaming slots or upload storage space provided in your plan tier.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed and returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card processor.
5. Submit a Claim
To request a billing review or submit a prorated refund claim, please contact our billing helpdesk with your invoice details and account email.
